Patisserie range produced by the PPCF «Pani Kristina» include bakery products using dough of various types and shape, with and without filling, in which high quality flour and natural ingredients are used. Our biscuits are made using traditional as well as our proprietary recipes, adapted for the new advanced equipment. The most distinguishing feature of our biscuits with fillings is that we use our in-house produced natural fruit marmalade in them, which improves the taste quality of the finished product. Biscuits are produced in small batches in suitable packaging with transparent film thereby ensuring that the freshness, aroma and taste quality of the bakery products are retained over a longer period of time.
